Some Berbers can be pretty much black, in places such as Mali and Western Sahara. But most Berber populations, especially the ones from further north, look identical to Arabs.

The overwhelming majority of medieval depictions of moors have them being relatively light-skinned, basically an Arab/Mediterranean look (as expected), but you can still find a few depictions of black moors IIRC, but they're few and far between.
