This country was mainly built by three ethnic groups: the Scottish, the English, and the French, in that order, and we're all our own thing, just like the First Nations, French Canadians, and Inuit are.

Try telling a native that they're not an Indian, but just Canadian, and see how quickly you get stabbed.
