Eh, the two-party system is a mixed bag. On one hand, it in presidential campaigns leads to only two candidates, but on the other it serves as a moderating influence in that radicals have to share a party with more moderate people and prevents Weimar-level splintering.
Sorry but... when is gonna trump assume as a president?

January 20th is when he's inaugurated. Congress is sworn in on January 3rd.

>>68416818 what if hillary win? i mean... what if the electoral college won't to vote for trump.
>>68416865
Doing so would create a constitutional crisis

black: conservatives/christian democrats
red: social democrats
green: ecologists
pink: democratic socialists
yellow: liberal democrats(not the American kind)
blue: Danish minority party
grey: local Bavarian conservatives/christian democrats
Given the nebulousness of American parties and the restricted nature of legislative power here it isn't as bad as it seems. A parliamentary system with the American-style two-party system would be hell, though.

>>68416894
Yeah that's true, I guess it does kinda pull the party overall to the moderate side
>>68416638
Wait isn't the US political party system the most polarized in measurable records? Very few biparty things get done
Bicameral systems are terrible. They only delay things.
