That's hard to say because I haven't travelled much, so I can't be sure that the places I would want to pick are actually that good.
I did go to South Korea and it was pretty cozy. Felt safe and they had heated floors. So, South Korea.

I've spent a year in a place with humid subtropical climate and I'm not sure I'm ready for this hell again, so the choice is kinda limited to northern countries only. I'd probably go with Finland as it's only 200km away and I've always liked it and their fucked up language (no offense) a-anyway.
