There are several accents in the English language that would be described as "posh" or distinctly "upper class". The posh British accent (and just overall way of speaking) is probably the most recognizable though the Americans have their own version of this too, just think of a rich WASP-y New Englander who went to Harvard.

We have something like a neutral Spanish (to Mexican ears) which is similar in its role to received pronunciation in British English and mostly based on the speech patterns of upper/educated classes in Mexico City. This would be a good example.
