I actually traveled along the Mauritian coast - it was one of the most magnificent, breathtaking and amazing experiences of my travelling "career".

I was warned a lot beforehand that it would be very dangerous and that I'd end up getting killed but I took the rest and boy did it pay off. Seeing the desert and sea meet like that is something that I will never forget.

I remember exploring an abandoned shipwreck along the desolate coast and I felt like an explorer, as if I was in a video game. Great, great times.
