How do I stop eating Nutella?
In 2013, I went to Italy for a semester and amazed by its prevalence, I bought my first jar of Nutella. I had some great Italian cookies with it.
I liked it so much and bought more and more. In Italy, you can even get Nutella with your name on it. Then I come back to the US and I continue to buy more Nutella. I have probably bought about $6,000 worth of Nutella at this point.
The problem is it tastes so good and now I just get a knife, lie in bed, and eat Nutella straight from the jar. Just before writing this, I ate about 13 ounces of Nutella, or half a jar.
It's ruining my life. It's taking me money, my shits are uncomfortable, I've gained weight, my roommates have started asking what I use all that Nutella for, I've had friends buy me Nutella as gifts. Sometimes I dream about Nutella.
I have no problems with alcohol, drugs, video games, or porn. My addiction is Nutella and I want it to stop. Have any of you struggled with this? Looking for help.

Or buy only one small 200g glass per day. Eat bread, but nothing else. Very cheap too.

Well, deal with it like for any addiction, there are multiples guides on the internet and ngos in the street that deal with that.
Best way would be to buy some kind of nutella lite without sugar ir palm oil and gradually reduce the comsuption.
