Generally, none of them. Of course, there are some persons who would support separatist movements but their numbers are small and any calls for separatism are considered to be a crime in Russia (since 2013, such an irony, right? ). So we have greater probability that someday we will see independent Texas or California than independent Yakutia.

Chechnya and Ingushetia tried to get independent 22 years ago.

I see no way how could it be possible, most of these ethnic republics have no economy, small population and they are situated deep inside of Russia, surrounded by Russian regions. Moreover, the minorities support Putin and his party much more than ethnic Russians. It's more likely is that Russian regions of Ural and Siberia would start an uprising against Moscow than something like that happen in these "republics".
