iirc in theory english can even be translated to machine code and executed sort of

its not that different from a formal language, we just added a lot of bullshit into it (like idioms) so its hard to understand for machine

Can we now invent a basic highly efficient vocal programming language, that current tech can effectively translate to an efficient programming language? Something that would quadruple productivity in software writing.
