The majority of prisoners in the nordic countries are immigrants/2 gen already anyway and have been for decades, it hasn't changed yet, doubt it will.

That system used to work well because the natives barely have/had criminals, it was the same here.
The only actual serious offenders are mentally ill people and the rest only needed resocialisation.

We don't have the oil shekels or the homogeneous white population as you. Even if we did, our social emphasis on individuality here won't allow it. Even among our whites there's a minority of complete assholes and psychos that you find in your highly collective and co-trusting culture. There's a bunch of people here who deserve to serve hard sentences.

Some non-immigrant murders someone in your cunt, chances are he's just some guy who went too far in a domestic dispute between someone he knows and went that far because he's mentally ill. Same thing happens here, and it's often just some overly aggressive asshole trying to compensate over something by outright killing someone who will do the same eventually once he gets out.

We be better off just publicly flogging them if they're convicted of minor crimes and save money of not housing them. Or, if they commit serious enough crimes that merely having them around will cause problems with the victims and their love ones, then just send them to some penal colony in some isolated area for a while. We don't have time or resources to research into the millions of different psyches people have here and how to address fixing them.

Europe didn't become a relatively crime free place by letting our criminals wonder. Our forefathers hung murderers, rapists and robbers or executed them in the town squares, but we can do it in a better and humane way today. Or at least castrate them so they don't pass their defective psychopathic genes on to the next generations.
