We dont do the fast food meme as you do. We do a LOT of beer which makes you hungry and then we eat heavy fat food. Also almost no adults here do any sport so we are obese.

It also depends if you count average BMI (which we are fat, but not super scooter level fat), or if you count number of people with BMI higher than X.

I think people who have been farming and eating grains for milleniums dont have much of a problem with modern diets, but pacific islanders and other people who were never farmers, get destroyed by modern diets, it makes them super fat.
