The mark refers to the Yasuda Kyoto Ceramic Joint Stock Co., in Shirakawa suji, Sanjo sagaru in Kyoto and displays the Yasuda trade mark. Ryôzan (=Nakamura Tatsunosuke) was the best painter of this company. He studied under Nishimura Zengorô."

Yeah after this election cycle with the Wikileaks etc the whole establishment has been really exposed. Very corrupt, propagandist and totalitarian. I think it is the same for most of the western world, the Marxist Progressive agenda. Lets hope Trump makes it better :).

It is Satsuma pottery from the Meiji period as seen here https://www.the-saleroom.com/de-de/auction-catalogues/lempertz/catalogue-id-kunsth10014/lot-229494bb-874d-43ac-b039-a4990115f6bd . I am looking to possibly by the item which writing I posted in the original image. Though I have some knowledge of Satsuma pottery I cannot read the mark.
