I need some help, a friend of mine is currently living in Orlando, FL, he is new to that city and yes, he's got his papers in order, in the meantime, he is doing menial jobs, so he want's to enroll in some trade school to get a better job, the problem is that with his current salary he barely can survive and education it's pretty expensive in the US, so far we got Orlando Tech and Valencia Community College, what are some other options for free/cheap trade schools?

Well, they give you six months after you graduate before they start collecting a monthly fee. Since your friend is a broke ass nigga he is elegible to get FAFSA, which is basically free money.
He will get all his classes paid and get around 2k a semester in cash (as long as he takes at least 3 classes) just because his tax returns are low and that's a way the federal government helps people with low income.

When I lived in Florida my neighbors were Dominicans. I've lived without my mother since I was 12 and my dad was away most of the times so I basically grew up alone.
