The only way this is possible is if the germanic in question enjoys being tan. He is white in that case, but still a degenerate for sullying white skin.
If he is naturally relatively dark he's not germanic, nor white.

Problem is that my "friend" ;) can trace back his lineage to only white regions. (1/4 from Holland 1/4 from the east of the Netherlands and 1/2 from the south). As far as I know h-he does not have any jews in his family. The only thing I can suspect is that there is a lot of Celtic admixture in his blood due to being from the south.
