The charges are for crimes that happened in the 2011 and there weren't 300 burned, it's an estimated (by the Allende residents) of the people that fled the town.
There were some kidnappings and killings tho

One my friend was beaten by the police severely while in USA on W&T because he was walking drunk in the night with a bottle of whiskey in his hand. Some rat called the police. Another my friend had troubles too while being there - he dumped the empty pack of cigs on a ground and the policeman took a gun and made him grab it back. Isn't it retarded to do such a thing for tossing a trash? Tons of Americans sit in prison because of weed which is a fucking joke, it's legalized in many states and it's way less dangerous than alcohol.
