The cases include rape, trafficking and production of photos and videos of child abuse. Local media reported that some suspects allegedly abused their own children and one suspect even planned to let others moles his unborn child.

Yes, languages do tend to evolve, and in doing so they tend to get worse. When language changes over time it occasionally makes it somewhat easier to communicate with people in the present but always makes it harder to understand the language of the past. In so many languages, and certainly evident in Swedish is how it's practically impossible for people to understand texts more than 150 years old.

Icelandic is the best language because it evolved without becoming unrecognizable to it's earlier forms.

I don't dislike any of them. As a speaker of Norwegian, Swedish, and Danish, my favorite of those three is Norwegian, though.

I feel like English sounds a bit scandinavian only because of the elition. However I have to put a "t. Dane" because in Danish we seem to have a shitton more elition than the other languages.

Some points where they differ massively, could be on the R sound (us having a more guteral and sharp R) and also the vocal sounds. English speakers tend to do diphthongs on every vocal (which is why an english accent sounds like shit in any language).

Hello Scandis. What do you think of the Switzerland?

Norwegians have the most annoying sing-songy cadence. Swedes are sing-songy too obviously but in Norwegian they sort of drag out very word, making sure to go up and down in every syllable. They have the most perfect diction in every word which makes them sound like robots, it sounds horrible.

Norwegian needs to be replaced with superior Old Norse ASAP.
