Losing weight's not hard once you start, as long as you're being persistent.
If you're into eating trash and think it would be hard to quit outright, start exercising first.
Tons of fat people I know start by doing pointless aerobic exercises or muscle shit, that won't help you because you're disgusting and your body gave up on you years ago.
What you need is cardio, cardio and once again, cardio.
Go for a short run, start with twice a week, then go to 3 times a week, then four. Watch out for any muscle injury by making sure you're not running too hard or too far.
Never go too hard on your body, especially when your body is made of literally shit.
Next week, expand the distance, then start slowly expanding the distance more with every week.
As for diet, never eat too much before exercise, don't eat few hours before sleep, + focus most of your calories on mornings.
It's not exactly healthy, but I used to be fat and I know how you people think. You can't quit cold turkey, so just start by eating smaller rations and eating the most in the mornings, and the least in the evenings, while doing cardio.
Give up on the worst, most disgusting junk food in favor of less disgusting junk food such as CP. Try eating veggies, but don't eat too much fruit. I suggest starting with veggies you get in your junk food, stuff like tomatoes and corn, you'll start getting curious about others once you see positive results to your diet, trust me.
This one's the most important when it comes to junk food though; if you do eat it, avoid the sauces. No more mustard, mayo, ketchup etc. etc. that shit must go in favor of tomatoes, salads etc. etc.
Getting rid of all urge to eat sauces must be your top priority.
Also when it comes to cardio, start by walking faster.
Just a little bit to get used to being exhausted, or as how it will feel like to you - the excruciating pain that comes with being tiny little bit exhausted.
