I used to be a weeaboo and watched Hetalia (an anime that personified countries as hot guys do not watch very mistake much.) Hetalia's portrayal of Poland was so suave and cool and since I had watched it before general knowledge of European history, I began to view Poland as this very sophisticated and modern country. After taking history classes in high school and learning more about the common perception of Poland online, it doesn't seem so amazing. I like youre geographic location though sometimes
