Actually original recipes tend to have less ingredients.

The more ingredients you add, the farther you are from the original dish bilal.

The real point of gratin dauphinois is potatoes drinking milk.Fresh Cream ruins the real point of gratin dauphinois. You can prefer the little taste of fresh cream and it is you right, but then you are corrupting the real recipe.

Chicken is way more dry.
Also eating frogs was a peasant thing, it was an easy and cheap way to eat meat
>>
>>67439677
It's pretty good meat brah, smooth and with a mild taste. Don't knock it off if you never tried it.
>>67440327
It's pretty funny how people apropiates for himself typical things. Like the Sandwich, two pieces of bread with some other thing in between? It was a thing since the fucking sumerians with unlevened bread in the kind of kebab or taco. In Spain after the middle age, using european style bread with meat in between was called chusco, and was a typical Tercio thing to eat and even describes a kind of douchebag sarge in the military today. But if you read the eng Wikipedia it seems it fucking appeared in Europe in the 17th century.

Same here, everybody loves our fries ("frieten").

A shame that you call them French though, just because your WW I soldiers heard Belgians who invented this talk French.

And I bet you fags don't even know how to make them. THere's a secret to the best fries in the world (next to the best beer in the world, also us).

Because visiting Europe sucks (everyone is rude, cranky, and/or Muslim), so why would we want to live there?
>real american burger joints
>its only local hipsters who try
That sounds like the way to do it. Burger joints are supposed to be run by local people who have a taste for the local palate. It's even that way with chains; e.g. In n Out is a CA thing, and Culver's is Midwestern. To some extent, the big global chains even tweak their menus to appeal to local preferences.

Our smaller brewers sell more than most European brewers.

>>

Nope. The first mentionet fried potatoes (in lard) in the Spanish language and in South America is for about the mid 17th, the belgians were the ones to do so in cutting them in "bastonets" but we don't diferentiate them. Are you Portuguse or brasilian be the way?

No, I am Polish but used Portuguese towards you for extra bants.

We do differentiate types of fried potatoes.
We have "frytki" (french fries), "kartofelki" (small potatoes fried on pan), "łódeczki" (scoops or whatever it's called in English) and "w plasterkach" (in slices, from pan - not deep fried) AFAIK.
Cheers.

Be shape we don't distinguish them, but determined dishes tend to be cut in a determined way, like Patatas bravas than are cut in "gajos" or half moons or in cubes (but not everytime). Also what we call patatas a la francesa or French potatoes is a bechamel based dish.

This shit is SO GOOD.

The best I had was in Sevilla, at a restaurant right next to La Giralda. It just melted in your mouth, definitely the best cured meat I have ever had.

I will be in Parma, Italy in a month, I wonder if their Prosciutto will be nearly as good as Jamon Iberico.

>We have "frytki" (french fries), "kartofelki" (small potatoes fried on pan),

same here , frieten are not the same as gebakken patatjes, the latter are parboiled first, and then fried in a pan, preferably using butter
