Finns were the brains behind the empire, nobody could connect the dots back then so Finland didn't got any hate towards it when the Mongols were starting to get defeated

Because Finland was next to mongolia back in the day. But it moved with the world constantly changing.

Well many Finn ancetors came from Asia.

And some Swedish researcher said that Finns, have mongoloid skulls, (definetily not all) and therefore Finns are not part of the white nordic race.


The "Finns are mongols" became an ethnic slur wich some Fenno-Swedes used in the beginning of 20th century, when Finnish and Swedish speaking people had beef.

The only thing I can be certain about the intricacies of history, is that it was written by the winners and cannot be trusted.
