Why are Asians so thin? I'm not a butthurt American I just want to know. I have a friend who says that it's because the soy in food has phytoestrogens which is why Asians are less muscular. Does your green tea drinking contribute to it? I know it is promoted here to us fatties as an aide for weight loss.
