Best time in Russia's history (if not the only good one, since all other times were various totalitarisms). You could do anything, start businesses, do crime, make it to the top, import cool foreign cars, be openly racist (wasn't forbidden back then), discover the very basic internet. You didn't have to go to a driving school to get a license and you didn't have to pay hp tax for your car either. You didn't have to pay a tax for trying to start a business and you weren't smothered with regulations (instead you'd have to deal with criminals wanting their cut). You didn't have to pay taxes for importing foreign goods. You get the idea.
