No. The President nominates someone for the SC when a justice dies or retires and the Senate either confirms him or denys him. SC justices serve for life, I don't think that there's any way to remove them if they aren't impeached.

Scalia died and Ruth Bader Ginsberg is likely going to retire within the next 8 years so that's 2 that he can replace
