Brazilian Portuguese is easier for anglos to learn.

It's the trial version of the language.

Jokes aside, it's probably more useful/relevant since more and more people in Portugal are learning English.

Their accent is easier to understand by far for a foreigner. Also, some vocabulary and grammar rules are a bit weird for us, so we'd rather they put their flag rather than ours if they are gonna use their version.

Good for Brazil.

Spain really doesn't get this because they don't really have on colony that's a lot bigger than the others, so they'd have to pick one out.
