That's the default lunch for every-day brazilians. But I don't eat it on a daily basis.
My meals are usually potatos, meat (bovine and swine mostly) vegetables and green stuff.
>>67078269
Americans waste little time in the kitchen, right ?
It's very rare brazilians wageslaves having sandwichs for lunch, it usually is a heavy and diverse meal.
>>67078174
Almost this everyday
>>67078258
Is that healthy? It does seem to have veggies in it, but how fresh are they? Or are they pickled?
>>67078174
We usually alternate between:
Fish (boiled/grilled) with boiled potatoes.
Meat with rice, potatoes or spaghetti. Sometimes rice and chips.
Even in cantinas. Something more elaborate for weekends.
>>67078938
Saltwater fish ? I'd love some on a daily basis.
Spaghetti is very common here too, usually in the weekends.
I'm living off pasta at the moment
Pasta 0.80€
Pasata 1€
Mince 2.20€
Tis the life of a college student

>Saltwater fish ?
All kinds, really. Canned Tuna, Bacalhau and Carapau are the ones everyone eats (since they are the cheapest here). Some random fish in cantinas too, that aren't too expensive: Pescada, Solha, Abrótea, RedFish, whatever's in season.
But stuff like Tuna Steaks, Salmon, Trout, Catfish, Cutlass Fish, Tamboril, Mantaray, and especially Sardines are something you'd grill on a weekend lunch with/for your family. Squids and Octopus too, as well as shrimp and dishes with assorted fish (Do you guys have Caldeirada de Peixe, for example?)
Bacalhau as you probably know is eaten in like 100 different ways.
We eat a lot of Fish. Kids don't usually like it, and stick to canned tuna and grilled sardines, but we grow into it in our late teens.

How can you live with yourself making your mother buy all that crap for you just to sate your autism, and you without even a job?
>>67078936
surprisingly very fresh and safe to eat due to the angry SJWs. But tastes mediocre. The expiration time is like 1-2 days, kept in an open refrigerator for people to pick up.
but korea sucks for this, you should see how japanese provides diversity and tastes.
Whatever the fuck I feel like. I do most of the cooking, so I'm pretty good at it now. I use a lot of rice and beans as side / filler, but generally try to have a little meat twice per day.
Smoked pork shoulder last Wednesday. Make lasanga Friday. Biscuits and gravy with sunny side eggs this AM.
I'm a good home maker.

Nice try m8

Your mums pussy
>>67082426
none of them because in Korea, not many people eat dog meats due to the SJWs who are animal lovers.
The distribution process are not window-clear like pork or beef and it needs many legalisation and check-ups which isn't provided for now.
For lunch i mostly eat some variation of pasta with vegetables because it's cheap and i'm a poor student who wants to save money for booze.
For dinner it's toast or crispbread with cheese or sausage and some pickles.
