The roundabouts in America are more simple and plain compared to ones in Europe.
>>
Those bigger ones they have in Britain with multiple lanes in the circle or more circles in the circle that I've seen pictures of are the ones that make no sense
>>
>>66918359
Because they're confusing at first, and because I know I'll be able to figure them out but it's all the 91-year-old grannies still on the roads that are the problem.

Nope, I just can't stand the fact that only 7% of my fellow countrymen have a skill that is inherent to nearly every single other driver in the rest of the world.

I live in Texas, and there's plenty of long roads and highways that are uninterrupted straight lines. You could go from San Antonio to Austin and spend less than five minutes below 5th gear if you manage to avoid traffic.

Nonetheless, stick shifts remain a rarity. Even if it's something sporty like a Camaro or Mustang.
>>
>>66923597
>skill
>inherent
wtf who gives a shit dude. in poor countries they have no choice so they drive stick, if you need it you can learn it, big fucking deal, most people don't give a shit about stick here, it is that simple. making a big deal out of nothing.
>>
>>66918666
You obviously haven't been anywhere but your autistic country and the US. Spain, any South/Central American country, and any North African Country (probably the middle east too though I haven't been there) have MUCH worse and dangerous driving habits than Americans do.

Americans are pretty reasonable with their driving. I had never seen such extreme tailgating until I went to Andalusia. The tail ends of peoples cars were all fucked up.

Morocco was crazy, I remember one time my driver went down like 5 streets in reverse.

It doesn't really matter if people can't drive stick.
Automatic is way more convenient and just makes sense. There is nothing to prove, and your excuse that because the whole world can do it, so should we, is shit.

>>
I have a pretty good sized traffic circle in my city. It intersects several large highways.
It's large enough for the circle itself to be called the "inner traffic circle", and the one surrounding it called the "outer traffic circle". Ironically, the outer traffic circle is just an ordinary street.

Russian is correct. This is how blacks can jaywalk without dying.
Natural selection has culled negroes that are unskilled at jaywalking over generations.

When the cops stop you for jaywalking, they are doing it for your own safety. They know that non-blacks have not gone through the culling process for jaywalking, and so it's unsafe.

But they will never stop a negro from jaywalking, because the ability to jaywalk is a part of their genetic memory.

>>
Roundabouts are pretty common where I'm from in Michigan. We don't have them scattered all over the place, but there used to be one in the center of my university. There's one on my way to work as well.

They're all over the place in New England. Most of my family is from Massachusetts - they call them rotaries there. I think there's a giant one in Boston that has a reputation for causing accidents, kek.

Just wait till you get Dutch roundabouts with an additional bike lane around it.

Or you get a "Turbo roundabout" where you need to pre-sort to head in a specific direction.

A one lane roundabout in a low to medium traffic area is great. A multiple lane roundabout is an accident waiting to happen.

Elitists Euroshits want everything more complicated just to think themselves as more intelligent. They aren't.
>>
Roundabouts are pretty fun desu but I imagine coming into contact with pic related with no prior experience with them would be frustrating.

There is no point in having a manual car.
The only thing that should be manual are large trucks because it gives you more control.
For cars it's simply retarded. Sorry, but you're retarded.

as far as I remember roundabouts (at last here in sbain) should have as many lanes as the road with most lanes connected to it. The big road I think it's supposed to be expanded in the future but for some reason they built the roundabout first.

Speeding is illegal because it makes you a hazard to everyone else on the road. Parking in unauthorised areas is illegal because you become a hazard/nuisance to everyone else. Walking in front of a car only puts yourself in danger, the people in the car will probably end up unharmed if they were to hit a pedestrian.

That is an interesting concept of a British freedom. Freedom to kill oneself. But I don't wanna hit and kill some idiot even if that's his fault.

I agree with what you say, but not putting on seat belts can put others in danger as well, especially if other people are in the same car.
In a car crash you would bounce around in the car and possibly hit other people with more than enough force to kill them.

roundabouts are often quicker than lights. They save a lot of time and money. It does rely on fact that humans are not complete retard, but they arent hard to use.

If you are too stupid to figure out a roundabout you shouldnt be driving to begin with.

The problem is it is too easy for retards to get a license in America. In Europe they actually make sure you arent a complete idiot, but here literally a blind autistic with down syndrome could drive.

>Walking in front of a car only puts yourself in danger

>he thinks slamming into ~200lbs of meat at speed can't hurt the driver in any way

Whiplash says hello. Also, hitting someone will trash your car, completely destroy your plans for the day, tank your insurance record, and possibly leave you traumatized after watching some dipshit attempting to stuff his guts back into the gash your fender tore through his stomach.

Further: making jaywalking a crime simplifies determining blame when someone gets hit, because you can just use the simple and universal benchmark of "a party engaged in illegal activity is always at fault." Now you don't have to worry about PROVING that the guy you hit jumped in front of you at a trial for vehicular manslaughter, because the jaywalker was breaking the law and therefore invited the consequences.
>>
>>66923101
Switching gears IS the hard part of driving manual though. Especially when the biting point is different in every car.
>>
>>66961380
>Switching gears IS the hard part of driving manual though
But not really, the hard part (if you can even call it hard) is setting off and making sure you don't jump on the clutch. changing gears whilst moving is the easiest thing, how could you even manage to fuck it up.
>>
>Some mall area adds two roundabouts
