Nazis were racist, but they weren't beyond yielding to diplomatic necessity. The same way the US trade with the undemocratic chink, ally with the barbaric Saudi and support the removal of democratically elected governments.
In a sense the real issue with the nazi reich was never it's outside relations, but the internal working and what they intended to do with the people they defeated.
The nazis would have genocided the slavs they had no alliance with and settled germans in their lands. Such was their darwinistic philosophy. Likely in the future they would have turned on the rest of slavs and so on until the master race ruled all. The danger of this vision is plain, war is no longer about way of life or national borders, not about who you will pay what taxes to, war is for existence.
The short term of this plan was known and partially executed, the long term I assume.
