Easter is more religious than those other ones. I know Christmas is religious, but it's become so commercialized in this country that it pretty much has nothing to do with religion. It's also now just "The Holidays" instead of Christmas. You don't get time off for a "Merry Christmas", you get time off for "Happy Holidays", or "winter break" if you're in school.

Easter is still pretty substantially religious so it doesn't get national days off unless you're going to school at a religious school. I also unironically do not celebrate Easter.
