Sartre is good, bit overrated.
Rousseau of course, Descartes also.
Voltaire is a hit and miss but his Candide is really pleasant to read. Toqueville's "L'ancien Régime et la Révolution" and "de la démocratie en Amérique" are really interesting but they are mostly about history and not pure trought.
Like, some complicated ones or light things like Camus ?
