What do ui think of Vietnam?

- food is fucking good
- language seems pretty challenging for an english speaker to learn
- country looks pleasant at least in touristy videos i have seen
- vietnamese people i have met were all breddy nice
- vietnamese flags on here are bros who make good posts
- however, i have no idea about their government, education, poverty, etc.

Vietnamese were ooga boogas until China taught them civilization in the 1st millenium AD. They now however act as if China is the worst thing ever despite that and despite all the aid Beijing gave them in fighting the US. Also they abandoned the beautiful, elegant Chinese writing system for a mutilated Western alphabet with so many diacritic marks that it's impossible to read.
