We do. We call it "Martini" though and it is at the 10th of November.

Other germans know it as the "Martinsumzug", but where I am from in Northern Germany we do it a bit differently: at the evening of Martin Luther's birthday children dress up, light a lantern and walk from house to house. Rather than asking for candy at every house, the children sing "Martini songs" and get candy as a reward. Only smaller children do it though.
