this tread is a lie. i have been in rio gallegos, and is depresing as hell (pic related ). thats the last continental city from argentina. el calafate was nice, but it was a turistical city,as anyother one. every other place was shit too, comodoro rivadavia, shit, tres cerros, non city. sarmientos was "something", but i cant call it nice. but to be fair, there are plenty beatiful citys in argentina, san martin de los andes, mendoza is fucking gorgeus.. i dont know why but i found esquel a cozy place

When I first started browsing /int I had this vague idea Argentines were ethnically something like middle-upper middle class Latin Americans as in some few dark people but mostly white, what all the memes here have forced me to do is research and the more I look into the subject the more I find something fishy about Argentine "whitenes"

Here's some genetic studies that would apparently suggest they're about as white as Mexico or Chile. Apparently the migrants we get here working as waiters are in fact not hailing from working classes but people who grew up middle class.
