Can anybody tell me why that the Japanese are by far the worst English speakers out of all nationalities? I've been coming to this board for some time and even my fiance is Japanese but there are some serious gaps in her English, especially written.

I've met black people from Somalia who speak perfect English, I've met Chinese, taiwainese, ghanan, Brazilian, Mongolian, Russian, Finnish, Mexican, phillipino, guamese etc etc.

Even today I hung out with 3 total lads who spoke perfect English and they kept talking about how they need to snort some Adderall to get past the crunch time at work sometimes and how getting really high on meth and fucking is insane. They were all from Myannmar.

Yet I have never met a single Japanese person who speaks really good/perfectly fluent English.

Fucking why? I would appreciate some serious answers because this puzzled me for awhile.
