The wut? Kuznetsov is a missile cruiser, but that doesn't affect it's ability to launch aircraft. Russians don't even carry missiles in it anymore, so the missiles tubes are empty, they plan to remove it entirely so they can put more aircraft in the hangar.

In a naval war against the US Navy, all the navies on earth combined are useless. Against the Royal navy, the UK would suffer major losses fighting even against a single Russian fleet.
