Here they are almost only required in private institutions, and in Quebec's case it's pretty much only the english speaking schools (even the public ones I think).

We don't really do it otherwise. It sucks cause I find them cute, and I think it does help tackle bullying and such (mostly for girls, cause girls are cunts when it comes to judging others over clothes).

Literally every school here has uniforms, yes. Tbh I was thinking about it the other day and I think the idea is amazing. Makes everyone equal in terms of clothing and makes it really easy going to school every day by ust putting on a uniform.
