I kept getting asked shit questions like that, and because I don't play baseball or climb mountains as "a hobby", I never got the job. Cooking like a perfectionist and reading apparently are answers that routinely put you underneath Guy Who Doesn't Speak English and Bitchy Uptalking Girl, despite having more experience and education than both combined.

Now I'm finally employed, at an appliance store, because I wasn't asked a retarded question. I've blown past all my coworkers a month in, and I'm in management training after surpassing the marketing manager, the sales manager, and the general manager, who now differ questions about policy and the computer system to the guy making near minimum wage.

Trying to do the same here.
Often I will go onto some 4chan thread to ask them if they got any requests, as that motivates me a bit.
Also date my drawings so I later may look back and see how it progresses. I don't care much what I draw as long as it keeps me motivated as losing motivation is my biggest fear in this.
