We do. It's not as ubiquitous as beef, chicken, or pork but it's on many restaurant menus.
We do, but it's more expensive than others. Last I checked, it was around $12-13/kg compared to beef at $9-10/kg.
i don't think it's raised on an industrial scale like beef is, and so it's more of a niche thing
