If you mean full war and buildin 3rd Reich again like Hitler intended my answer is no. They already have Europe under their thumb via European Union.

If you destrucion by moral decay a'la Roman Empire I say maybe. I saw some polls that siad that german people starts to leaning right in their political views, so maybe there's hope.
