Native English speakers don't use as much of their teeth to make the "d" sound as Spanish speakers do. We make the "d" sound mostly behind our teeth instead of touching our teeth.

To make "th" you make like you would make the "d" sound in spanish but you dont press as hard and you dont create as much tension before releasing the sound, it's much softer and breathier.

I don't know how accurate this advice is but when I say B or V in spanish I make them on almost the same part of my mouth, located inbetween the positions used for english B and V but overall more similar to english V. my accent is a non-native speaker but learned from mexicans accent
