No, Sweden never took complete control of the Commonwealth, that victory was only against the kings forces, which were always kept small.
You don't know the structure of the Commonwealth and how it worked. The king needed to rely on nobles and on their private armies, but 40% of the nobles wanted to elect Stanisław, not Augustus, so they rebelled against him and joined the Swedes. The nobles loyal to Augustus joined with the Russians to counter those said forces.

That's why the Treaty of Oliwa was signed in the first place moron, because the 25% remnants of the Swedish army didn't want to fight anymore.
