The realistic way is the Saudis get fucking rekt, as long as they control Meccah and continue to use their wealth to spread Wahabism and theocracy there's no chance for Muslims. Once you remove that influence and establish strict secularism (absolutely no Sharia in their legal systems) they can go through the process of having enough of their society be openly irreligious enough Islam gets mostly defanged. I don't see any remote scenario that will happen within the next couple of decades tho, things are going to get a lot worse before they start getting better.
