No not really because my medium sized city is 95% white with the rest being asians. When a shooting happens in my area it's almost always a suicide.

Randomly getting shot? Nope. Even though I own guns for recreation and hunting, I never carry. I live in NH which has a lower homicide rate than Canada and Finland. Extremly white and extremely few niggers ad spics. I don't lock my door as well.
