Spain has a lot of collapsing to do before Ceuta and Melilla go. Plus it makes common sense for Gibraltar to gain independence as an EU state, rather than being an overseas territory of the UK, since most folks who live there have to work in Spain. Also 96% of them voted to stay in the EU, so it must feel great being so very ignored.
