The best kids are raised in rural areas, or kids in urban areas that have rich parents. These are parents than get involved in their kid's lives.

I grew up in a nice, older streetcar suburb. It was nice.

Not nice anymore though. A negroid family moved in nearby and now there's been lots of car breakins and some black guy shot a convenience store clerk to death. America is a strange place. You can live in a wonderful place for 20+ years then watch a handful of blacks obliterate it seemingly overnight.
