nowadays, some of these indigenous groups are Catholic, most of them aren't and have their own religious practices, a few of them mix Catholicism and their own beliefs, like the Quillasingas in Pasto, which have a festivity called Inti Raymi, in honour of St Peter and St Paul.

Not in Chile, the indians barely had any culture, mot of their "myths" are fairly new, post independence. They have spiritual leaders, but it's not really a religion. When they go to jail they di pretend to be part of weird cults since that gives you special status. More visitors, less work, etc.
>>
>>66168629
The only thing I can really think of is shit like Santeria and Santa Muerte. There's no goofy shit akin to this neo-paganism you see in Scandinavia.
>>
>>66170849
well chileans barely have any ""culture""

Inti Raymi is a very popular festival in the Andean towns, though (at least here in peru)
Cuzco does a very big one every year.

Santeria is basically using catholic saints as pagan gods, or translating the old gods into them
it's either used for white or black magic

>>66169792
it literally doesn't matter if it was originally african or native american magic, because of syncretism

better than having an entire culture based around going to other countries to work as either a drug dealer or a whore, then again if your mom wasn't a whore you wouldn't be here so you're probably thankful.

Most of the natives of peru are catholic or protestant, minus the Q'eros of Cuzco and the amazonian natives.

Yet the Quechua and Aymara have some customs such as the payment to Pachamama, worship to the mountains (like "Qoyllur Riti" or festival of the snow star) and dance rituals (like "Supaypa Wasin Tusuq" or scissors dance) although the latter two are more syncretized

Although many native amazonian don't practice any religion, some do it. Like the aguarunas, they faced the Inca invasion, which failed. And they couldn't be indoctrinated by spanish priests, especially Jesuits and Dominicans, many of whom died in the attempt, they have 5 gods and in the past were famous for being head hunters.

That's a waste.

They should be converted to Catholicism asap

No, that was a more neutral term which simply would have been translated as continent and didn't imply any of the geopolitical considerations in "north America" especially as your edgy map >>66171898 is based on the anglo division of the Americas whereas Nahuatl speakers would consider it a single unit based on the Hispanic geoscheme they would be exposed to. And stop using w to substitute h, it makes it cringey as fuck.
