Decolonization. For the lowest tiers of society it's still as bad as it was when the "whites ruled", and for everyone else it became much worse.

Niggers are just too buttfucking dumb to run a country. Consider that Japan which has hardly any natural resources became a First World technology giant while Africa has some of the highest levels of natural resources in the world but is impoverished. Of all areas colonized by Europeans, Africa is somehow unique in that it became poorer after decolonization.

While the Mediterranean and East Asia had great civilizations, most of Africa did not even have the wheel or achieve sociopolitical organization beyond the tribal level.

You do have a point, Africa did not have enough of an educated middle class to make it through and it was still too mired on inter ethnic tribal conflict, decolonization should have been handled gradually and with mechanisms allowing colonial powers to take over in the event of internal conflict or breakdown of constitutional order, the armed forces infrastructure and resources should not have been handed over until a strong enough tradition of democratic normalcy had been established.

I think a part of the problem was India, it set off a chain reaction for independent movements despite itself being a flawed example of the process, for all of Ghandi's brilliance in handling the Brits he was largely unable to handle Indians themselves.

When you look at Canada and AUSNZ not becoming truly independent until the 1980's despite much better conditions it does paint a strong contrast.

Unfortunately the clock can't be turned back and Africa has already lost a good half century in terms of progress which it can only blame on its own elites and petty internal squabbles.

What people refer to as "Racial Discrimination", is nothing more than logic in action. You can legislate against it all you want and even throw people in jail but you will never kill it. You will never kill it because it is the truth, and even if people don't know it exists they will sooner or later realize it for themselves. It will never die until the root cause of it is addressed. Any white or Asian person who remains in contact with black people for any length of time (years, or more likely decades), stands a very good chance of becoming a racist. I have seen this happen, and it is a fact of life. It often occurs that people from Europe or America come to Africa and stay there for a long time, and the process will cause them to become "racist". Even Dr Albert Schweitzer, who devoted his life to helping black people in his little hospital, made statements which would be regarded as extremely racist.

Why do I say that people will become racist? Well, it's because when you live among blacks for any length of time you start to realize that they are often their own worst enemies. You begin to realize that they are often the cause of their own disasters, and it also happens that many of them refuse to listen to logic. You can tell them the problem, but they won't listen until it's too late. Black people rule more than 50 countries on this planet, and every one is a virtual disaster area. In the very few which have not become a disaster zone, you will discover that there are either white people or Asian people who are the backbone of the economy, OR you will find the country receiving tons of foreign aid from Western nations.

What causes racism is the simple logic that people eventually wake up to the fact that most of the disasters and suffering which befall blacks are of their own making. When one is distant from lots of black people, or one lives in a society dominated by whites you do not spot this fact that easily. What happens is that when people get involved with black people and get to know them well that they then begin to realize their shortcomings and this is how racism comes into being. That is why police in the USA for example, are among the first to become racist.

Black culture generally does not emphasize individuality, it has a herd/tribal mentality and this is one reason why European civilization came to dominate the world--it emphasizes individual accomplishment. Blacks who become leaders of their community and urge their brothers to better themselves are mocked as Uncle Toms and wannabe whities.

They also have a lackadaisical attitude towards social problems and tend to believe if they ignore it, it will go away. This can be seen in the popular song "Don't Worry, Be Happy".

Though individual blacks can be smart/funny/witty/talented, when they're all placed in one big group, the results tend to be disastrous for all concerned.
