I'm trying to learn Hebrew right now as well.

If you don't know the alphabet, go learn it now! Try to read without nikkud as soon as possible (this has proven itself very difficult to me)

As for free shit teachmehebrew.com seems to have an alright collection of vocab/phrases/verbs but mainly very good lessons on Hebrew grammar; by giving you examples.

If you start reading something (without nikkud) and need to know the pronunciation of a word --> forvo.com | Just type the Hebrew word in.
Dictionary --> morfix.com.il/en/ | I recommend you to try and not use google translate, that shit can fuck you up.

After you know the grammar (you can always pick up a book on grammar as well if you feel you don't know enough); study a good amount of vocab and even more importantly: Verbs and their conjugation (which is actually pretty simple). After all that pick up some books, read them, look up stuff you don't know in the dictionary/forvo | and that's it.
That's my plan right now, that's how I learned English and Russian.
