Macri did a good job with that. A few years ago it rained a little and the city manages pretty well. Now it has to rain pretty hard for a whole day or even more to get flooded.
Now it's Provincia that gets flooded from a few rain drops because Sc*oli did shit these past 8 years.

Yes. In winter there's always big storms with a lot of rain and wind. Not last winter tho, it was pretty dry
