I like mexico and all but look m8, to be honest you dont "lead" latin america the U.S. does, get off your ass. You might have some influence in Central america(nothing in comparison to the U.S., China and Europe) but Brazil has more relevance in the rest. Hell, even our public transport comes from brazilian companies. Not saying you are not important in the region but Brazil is yuge and mexico is still very dependent to the U.S.
