Nope "arab" is linguistic. Egyptian culture is different to Yemeni culture and Iraqi culture is different to Moroccan culture and Lebanese culture is different to Saudi culture.

But it's true I mean it would be nice to be all united but different Arab countries grow up eating different food, listening to different music, wearing different clothes, celebrating different festivals, etc. even dialects are not understanable between all Arabs. Because Arabs are semitics like Berbers, Egyptians, Levantine, Mizrahis... Iranians are Indo-Aryans like Afghans, Pakis and North Indians.
